Surface Preparation:

Ensure the surface is clean, dust-free, and damp before application. Depressions or surface defects can be leveled using a Tapcrete P 151-modified mortar.

Mix Ratio (for mortar):

• 2 kg Cement

• 1 kg Tapcrete P 151

Application Method:

Mix Tapcrete P 151 with neat cement or mortar and apply by brush or trowel. For best results, apply in two or more coats, allowing each coat to air dry for 5–6 hours.

🧪 

Curing Instructions:

• Must be applied above 10°C, ideally above 35°C

• Protect from water and abrasion during the first 12 hours

• Light water curing after 6 hours of final coat

• Full curing over 3 days before water exposure
